Fipharm Activities – Experience nature, be grateful for life
Early summer in May – Dingfang partners set off with family and friends, creating lasting memories together in every wonderful place we visited.
This time, we traveled to Baihualing (Hundred Flowers Ridge) in Qiongzhong and Menghuan Xiangshan (Dream Fragrant Mountain) in Tunchang – a rainforest wonderland and a natural oxygen bar, where we immersed ourselves in the vibrant energy of nature. In such a lively environment, it wasn't just the birdsong that echoed through the air, but also the laughter of our team.
Amidst the green mountains and clear waters, we relaxed both body and mind, while embracing nature with passion and feeling the warmth of our partners.
The Dingfang team is always exploring and embracing new challenges – both in work and in life. With every journey and every experience, we grow more confident, more united, and we shine with our most charming selves.
Guanlan Summer Day, Pink Birthday
In June, we set off with high spirits as Dingfang partners headed to Mission Hills Resort for a relaxing retreat featuring hot springs and a delicious buffet!
We kicked off the summer with refreshing water activities – cool and fun from the start. Joy and excitement were always on full display throughout the day.
Soaking in the hot springs, we spent our leisure time in the coziest way possible – washing away fatigue and worries. In this little haven, we enjoyed warmth and comfort, and through genuine conversations, we deepened our bonds with one another.
While savouring the buffet, we also hosted our June Pink Birthday Party. No matter where we are, our partners are always surrounded by an atmosphere of love and care.
June in pink, smiles as bright as blossoms. At Dingfang, our enthusiasm never fades, and our warmth is always with us – wherever we go, we stay together in heart and spirit.
The first session of the Fipharm Foreign Trade Training Camp was successfully held
After months of preparation and joint efforts, FIPHARM EDUCATION CONSULTING CO.,LTD, the School of Foreign Languages of Hainan University, and the Hainan University Foreign Trade Association held the first session of the three-day Fipharm Foreign Trade Training Camp from August 23 to 25 at the Haikou headquarters of FIPHARM Group.
This Fipharm Foreign Trade Training Camp aims to effectively combine Fipharm's practical experience accumulated in the foreign trade field with the rich theoretical knowledge of universities, leveraging the respective strengths of the enterprise and the university. It aims to provide a learning and exchange platform for students who are passionate about the foreign trade industry, cultivate future elite international business negotiators, ensure that we deliver even higher-quality services to our clients, and continuously contribute talent support to the development of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
1. Online activities
(1) Organize popular online games like Honor of Kings, and organize internal online battles or team games.
(2) Organize online Q&A competitions.
The winning team can use their funds to purchase afternoon tea and other items, enhancing the team bond. The game can add a master-apprentice team setup, and if a team loses, the master bears the corresponding penalties.
2. Offline entertainment activities
(1) Organize sports such as badminton and table tennis.
(2) Organize puzzle activities such as board games, Werewolf, and murder mystery games.
Each event theme is jointly chosen by members and led by the theme proposer. Offline activities allow employees to stay fit, enjoy intellectual entertainment, and strengthen connections. The game can add a master-apprentice team setup, and if a team loses, the master bears the corresponding penalties.
3. Offline discussion
Various seminars are organized once a month and adjusted according to business hours. Discussion meetings should create a relaxed and positive atmosphere for communication, avoiding task-based and at-the-counter participation.
(1) Critical Thinking Meetings: Discussion sessions that select hot topics and social phenomen as key points of discussion. Through this activity, members gain mutual understanding, strengthen thinking, and exchange ideas.
(2) Storytelling: Choose a specific theme for story sharing sessions, where members share and discuss together. Topics include: love, hometown, growth, and more.
(3) Social gatherings: social events where our company members and external personnel participate together.
