To celebrate FIPHARM Group’s strong start to the first quarter, on April 11, FIPHARM team members and their families headed to Holiday Beach on the West Coast for an outdoor event themed “Beach Party, Fun Frenzy” Stepping away from their busy work routines, everyone enjoyed a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere, recharged their spirits, strengthened connections, and built team cohesion—fully showcasing the positive, united, and striving spirit of the FIPHARM family.

As always, we invited employees' family members to join the event, allowing loved ones and colleagues to experience the warm atmosphere of FIPHARM together. Everyone set aside their daily fatigue and arrived with ease, ready to embrace a happy time under the blue sky and by the sea.

02 Fun Team Building, Strengthening Bonds

During the fun games, everyone showed great teamwork. Challenges like the eating contest, the hilarious microphone game, and the bottle‑grabbing race put the team’s communication and collaboration to the test. Cheering each other on and giving their all for their group’s honor, the scene was filled with applause, cheers, shouts of encouragement, and endless laughter. Amid the joy, team chemistry grew stronger with every moment.

03 Q1 Success Ceremony, Honoring Dedication

At the celebration ceremony for the first quarter’s strong performance, Rochester Wang, Chairman of FIPHARM Group, delivered a speech thanking all colleagues and their families for their support. He recognized the team’s outstanding achievements in overcoming challenges and encouraged everyone to stay true to their mission and continue striving toward the annual goals. Following the speech, Chairman Wang, together with Junwen Chen, General Manager of the Business Division, lit the candles and cut the celebratory cake, sharing the joy with all attendees—cheering for the successful conclusion of Q1 and rallying momentum for Q2.

04 Feast and Festivity, Enjoying Good Times

Under the stars and with a gentle sea breeze, the feast—including roast whole lamb, a variety of barbecued dishes, crayfish, and grilled fish—was served one after another. Everyone gathered around, engaging in conversations about work and life, sharing their joys and achievements.
